Refund policy
Printables
Due to the nature of downloadable files, returns on printables are not accepted. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on printables. The only exception for a refund is if there is a duplicate order - you reordered an item you previously purchased on this site.
Merchandise and Apparel
My policy for tangible merchandise lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can not offer you an exchange. Only exchanges are acceptable, returns will not be accepted. Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure you order the item in the correct size. Size exchanges will not be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, I require your order number as proof of purchase.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Please do not send your item back without first sending an email to kelly@printprayslay.com explaining your issue with your item. A picture of the defective item will be required. Upon approval you will be asked to mail the item. When shipping items please make sure to include trackable shipping service. Without it I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Once your item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to confirm, then your exchange will be processed.
Journals are fulfilled through Amazon. You will need to contact Amazon for a refund or new journal in the case of a defective product.
